Dearest Mr Siner,
I grew up watching 'Allo, 'Allo and have both bought the series and watched it many times since, as well as introduced many friends and family to it over the years.
Without intending to be too soppy, I cannot properly express my admiration or the cherished place the series, you, and the other cast members hold in our hearts.
I'm also quite sure you've heard it all before by people much more well-spoken and better able to express themselves than I.
It's my sincere hope that we will one day get to see you in person at an event.
I do wonder if there's any way to be notified of when/if there are any events you guys will be attending in future? It seems I have just missed the most recent one.
All the same, should that opportunity never arise, I really just wanted to be able to say thank you to you all, and to you in particular. You have all brought so much light and joy to our lives, and 'Allo, 'Allo is something my husband and I will always hold dear to our hearts because it is one of those wonderful things we bonded over almost fifteen years ago now, I think.
You are wonderful and magnificent and epic and brilliant and all the other synonyms of excellent adjectives that I can't possibly conceive of right now :)
Thank you!
Wishing you all the best!
Dear Mr Siner,
I hope you have been well!
We'll be in Welshpool again this year for the 1940's weekend.
I have an awfully silly question, but may Daniel and I invite the three of you to dinner? We'd be extraordinarily honoured, delighted, and immensely grateful for the chance to share a meal with you.
Of course, I expect you to very likely have other engagements and it's a stupidly silly thing for me to ask, but I thought I'd put the offer out there.
All the best,
Hugo
